01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Winbeat ("we", "us", "the platform"). Winbeat may request proof of age at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory proof that you are 18 or older, your account will be suspended and any pending withdrawals will be held until verification is complete. Winbeat takes age verification seriously and will not process withdrawals for accounts that cannot confirm eligibility.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one Winbeat account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts may be closed and any balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. This information must match the details on your payment method. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person.
• All activity carried out under your account is your responsibility.

Winbeat reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. This may include a copy of a national ID card, passport, or utility bill. 04 Deposits and Payments

All deposits on Winbeat are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Winbeat currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though Winbeat may apply limits to individual accounts based on verification status or risk assessment.

• Deposits are credited to your Winbeat account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• You must only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and the deposit will not be credited.
• Winbeat does not accept cash deposits or bank transfers at this time.
• If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Winbeat monitors all deposit activity for signs of fraudulent behaviour, money laundering, or abuse of the payment system. Any account found to be involved in suspicious deposit activity will be suspended pending investigation, and relevant authorities may be notified where required by law.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile wallet used for your most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Winbeat aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours, though most withdrawals are completed significantly faster.

• Withdrawals can only be sent to a mobile wallet registered in your own name.
• You must have completed identity verification before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Winbeat reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• If a withdrawal is declined, the funds will be returned to your Winbeat account balance.

In cases where Winbeat suspects fraudulent activity, a withdrawal may be held pending investigation. Winbeat will notify the player of any hold and provide a reasonable timeframe for resolution. Players have the right to request an explanation for any withdrawal delay via the support team.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only, on their first deposit.

• Attempting to abuse bonus offers — including through multiple accounts or coordinated betting — will result in bonus cancellation and possible account suspension.
• Free spins winnings are subject to the same wagering requirements as cash bonuses unless stated otherwise.
• Winbeat may set maximum withdrawal limits on winnings derived from bonus funds.

If you have an active bonus on your account, certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements. 07 Game Rules and Fair Play

09 Account Suspension and Closure

• If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds will be forfeited.
• Real money balances may be withheld pending investigation if fraud is suspected.
• Players who have been self-excluded will have their accounts closed for the duration of the exclusion period.

• Winbeat will process any remaining real money balance to your registered wallet upon account closure, provided no breach of Terms has occurred.
